Experience
Auspica
Founder, CEO and CTO (May 2025 - today)
Built a company to addres the trust gap limiting production releases of Agentic AI. An AI policy is a human control; without enforcement it doesn’t govern your AI. Auspica is the independent control plane for autonomous digital labor that continuously compares what each agent is approved to do against what it actually does — and emits signed, deterministic evidence on every divergence. I architected and built the platform in Python using Claude Code and OpenAI Codex. I designed the evaluation approach: 75 detection rules operating on live agent behavior, mapped to NIST AI RMF, ISO 42001, SOC 2, and OWASP LLM Top 10. addtionally advise executives and run workshops on AI capabilities and limitations, use cases and prioritization, adoption challenges, respnsible AI, AI ethics and governance, data hygiene, and operating model changes to make it stick; all designed to move skeptical leadership teams from awareness to decision.
