Curiosity | Creativity | Collaboration | Commmitment

I don't fit in a single box. I'm not a this or a that, I'm many things; analytical, data driven, unafraid of ambiguity, and I prefer to work on a team. I value generalization over specialization. I'm driven by curiosity, a synergist who collaboratively merges my creativity with others to generate innovative ideas and approaches. I'm commited to success; of my customer first, team second and myself third; focusing on and helping others see the big picture that's often overlooked.

I excel in front of customers, combining our backgrounds and experiences to marshal solutions to difficult, even impossible to solve problems. I view the world through a customer centric lens, adopting their KPI's as my own. I embrace ambiguity and new challenges as they give me the most freedom to operate. I'm bound by time, never satisifed with the pace and always looking for ways to meet the objective sooner so I can move on to the next.

I want ownership from start to finish, to make sure what I've designed works and own every failure. I owe it to those depending on me to give them my best at all times, in all things. I take everything I learn and use it to update my own operating system, using that knowledge to improve what I do and how I do it. I crave feedback.

I've done nearly everything it seems. I've been asked to rescue multi-million dollar contracts after clients have fired us, saved projects after the customer CEO has reached out to ours and let loose, helped a CIO figure out how to prioritze $400M in annual project spend to balance the need for innovation with the reality of keeping the lights on, shocked a CTO with a solution to an impossible problem, given away ideas freely that have changed industries while demanding nothing in return, and twice been promoted to replace a manager who susequently reported to me. I've designed architectures years before the market adopts them as a standard and evangelized technologies with a vision so accurate, my work has stood the test of time without the need for correction. I'm driven by accomplishment, not recognition.

My curiosity explains my technical depth in AI, cloud computing, data analycis, enterprise architecture, software development, data center infrastruture and embedded systems. My creativity has required me to develop expertise in busines models, program management, product development, marketing and sales, operations, disaster recovery and business continuity, mergers and acquisitions, and even financial modelling. My collaborative style pushed me into people leadership, nominated by my peers at GM to take the vacant manager role despite being the youngest person on the team. To be a leader, I accepted the responsbility of becoming highly proficient in mentorship and development, program and project management, and P&L ownership. My commmitment has evovled me into an expert in Customer Success, customer experiences, and contact centers.

I admit it, I don't fit into a simple title easily, but I'm highly capable and have consistently been identified as an expert agent of change in every organization I've worked with or for. I'm the one senior executives deploy as the tip of the sword. I'm worth talking to...

...despite my occasional spelling mistakes...
